I’m just wondering… I mean, he’s the Commander-in-Chief, but does he have the right to stop someone who’s breaking the law. I would assume he’d have his attaché of Secret Service with him, but say, if he went for a midnight jog without his security and saw me peeing in public… just how far do his right’s go…?
