Because the Devil is in the details.
Because it’s likely to contain info that will dissuade you from buying the product.
To frustrate you so you don’t read it all and sign your life away. Most people hardly read the TOS, user manual, or contract when it is in normal print. So, making it harder to read insures that it won’t get read more.
In addition to what has been said, to save on paper.
Because in the fine print it says that “the devil will take your soul” when you sign it.
........... Well thats what i think but I also think its because some companies can get more out of you if you don’t read the fine print.
