What is the best monitor compatible with a mac mini?

I’ve been looking to buy a new Mac, and the mac mini is exactly what I want. The only problem is that I don’t know what screens are compatible and which are the best ones to use, but the best ones within a very cheap price range. I don’t want to have to spend more than $150. I’ll spend $200 at the most if I need to for a nice display. Can anybody recommend one to me?
EDIT: The ASUS VH198T looks good. Would that work?
