Do these lyrics make any sense?
This place is wrecked
At least your face is fair
We’re trapped in somewhere rare
Crowned animals and restless heartbeats
Rushing like thunder
We gotta watch out and rethink
At least your face is fair
The rest is what we can make
Our own paradise
In my mind

Yes i suppose they do. The message or meaning that came through, to me is looking at the silver linning when all else around you tells you otherwise. This requires a strong will and the calmness one gives himself to aquire such a path filled with hardships, but worth it in the end. Literally speaking it also implies, in my opinion to take notice in something beautiful when everything around is messed and out of place, to help and get you through.
I sent you a PM with some suggestions.
Seems like a mish-mash of imagery to me.
Seems to me that the writer finds comfort and hope for the future in the face of his companion amidst a world of despair.
