What songs do you feel like you can sing just like the “real” version, and so when they come on the radio (or i-Pod, or CD or whatever) you croon away to your heart’s content?
I was in the car before and heard “Fool Around and Fell in Love” by Elvin Bishop. That’s one for me. Some Journey songs are also ones I feel I can sing along to and sound great (even though I am fully aware I can’t sing to save my life, and even though I’m a woman and these songs have a male lead vocalist).

None, really. When the real thing is playing, I’ll shut up if I want to enjoy it. Now, at work…
“Baby’s Got Back!” Sir Mix-a-Lot
Anything by The Spice Girls.
Don’t Stop Believin’ by Journey.
Just about any Blondie song. I’m told I do a good Debbie Harry impersonation.
Anything by LADY GAGA, David Guetta, anything up beat. Not forgetting Eminem.
“Cinnamon Girl” and “Everybody Knows This is Nowhere” by Neil Young and Crazy Horse are two that I love to sing along when I hear them and am alone.
“Pa, send me money now, I’m gonna make it somehow. I need another channnnnce. You see, my baby loves to dance. Yeah..yeah..YEAH!!”..
I hum a lot of songs and I do not care if anyone is watching or listening. But when nobody’s around I can turn on the “dirty radios” and sing in peace without being judged.
Otherside by Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Any Cat Stevens song I’m familiar with. Wild World, of course, and Moonshadow are my favourites.
Any Adele song…especiialy Rolling in the Deep. I’m not even mad that it’s way overplayed haha
