What is your secret?

I play the banjo.

I tried to kill myself one time. I took an overdose of xanax…a friend whose house I was sitting came home early, and found me, called 911. I had my stomach pumped and when I recovered I was admitted into a mental facility and had to stay there until the staff felt I was no longer a danger to myself… I honestly don’t even remember how long I was there… a week, maybe ten days.

I was living in a different state and in an abusive relationship with someone who I thought I could never get away from. In the course of the relationship, he had managed to alienate me from my family and I didn’t think I had any other way out. I was in the deepest depression I’d ever been in my entire life.

The only people that know about this are the guy who I was involved with and the guy whose house I was watching. (he turned out to be an angel and let me live there until I got my act together)

That rather defeats the point of having a secret. And nothing is private on the internet.

I have many secrets, I can’t choose only one.

You don’t know that we’re all anoymous on here. Some of us have pictures of ourselves, and some people know each other physically. So I’m not saying anything lol.

I find it easy to say personal stuff here, because I don’t know any of you personally and nobody that I know, knows that I fluther… (actually it’s kind of liberating, thanks!)

I have a sleep disorder that’s actually a gateway to a Lovecraftian world.

I’ll politely ask you to stop busting up portals and breaking gateways when you’re sleeping. You made me late for work.

My secret is that I am a cutter. I have a mood disorder and can sometimes be very suicidal. I think about bloody gory thoughts a lot and love storries about murderers. Wow I sound like an insane person! :S

My middle name is “knowitall”.. I have no secrets, I tell everybody everything ;-)
