Which is your favourite Quality Street chocolate?
Quality Street are a type of chocolate produced in the UK since the 1930s and are especially popular at Christmas Link
Everyone seems to have a favourite. Mine is the Chocolate Noisette Pate (the ‘Green Triangle’). If you can get Quality Street chocolates where you are, which is your favourite?
If you don’t get Quality Street, what is your favourite chocolate filling? Are you a coffee person? A strawberry cream person? Perhaps you can’t resist a caramel? What chocolate filling does it for you?

Chocolate covered coconut.
HOOO MY GAD! Great question. Brings back memories from when I was younger and my sisters and I would fight over them. I always liked the strawberry one (red). Never liked any of the toffee though.
Also I loved emptying the box and putting them all into groups. Did it a few weeks ago too :P
I like the strawberry ones, unfortunately so does the wife. This often results in her wacking me over the bonce with the tin lid to claim ownership of said chocolates…she normally wins :¬(
I don’t think I’ve tasted any but I will buy some when I’ll go in the UK. Or just go to Nestele and see if they have them here too.
@ucme you are a good man.
Quality Street, brings the passion out in your relationships!! Obviously :D I just loved getting that tin of Quality Street at Christmas. Can you still get those wacking big tins of QS in the UK at Christmas? Here we can get these little tins but that just isn’t the same at all!
@sarahhhhh Yes i’ve learned the hard way a man should never come between his wife & her beloved chocolates. I have the bumps on my head as testament to that.
The SO’s mum usually brings at tin of Quality Street chocolates for the Christmas holiday every year. My favorite is the Orange Creme.
@ucme I’d package up the Strawberry Delights and send them to you for a private stash, but your wife seems very sharp. You’d probably be busted if she smelled one on your breath.
I love this thread. I’ve never heard of them but now I want some. Are they available anywhere the Queen is on the money? Like Canada f’rinstance?
@Pied_Pfeffer Oh she’d smell that “contraband” immediately it was brought into the house.
I could always eat out, like in a field….several miles away.
@JilltheTooth They should be available all over the world if they are all the way here in Asia. You might get them at a novelty shop or something. The chocolate is good but the memories most of us have are what make them special, I reckon.
Ooooo a toss up between the orange crunch and the coconut one…...yum dribbling at the thought :-).
But which is better Roses or Quality Street? As roses has the better chocolate made by Cadburys!
An easy question. I like the toffee pennies and the toffee deluxe.
Any one that has caramel in… the hard toffee penny ooh and the soft gooey caramel one and the long thin hard chewy caramel! MMmmmm I love Quality Street! I really like Roses too ooh and Celebrations! Ah stuff it…
Mine name is Sakura and I’ve been a chocoholic all my life!
