Does anyone else get car sick in the newer Audi models?

I generally do not get motion sickness. Recently my husband and I test drove a few Audis and I felt like the car was “loose,” kind of in that old American car sort of way, but not the same. Anyway, after we drove the A8 and were back in the dealership a woman said to me, “I saw you just drove the A8, we did too, it is so nice, but I think I get car sick in it.” She went on to say she is very prone to motion sickness, so very aware of these things. But, it was so bazaar to me that it happened to me. Very mild, just a feeling of discomfort. So, I wondered if other jellies have noticed the same thing, or have car sickness only in certain cars?

Interesting. Maybe I’ll test drive one, but, no, have not had the experience. I do like Audis a lot though. Looks like you had another test subject at hand with the other test drivers.
I have never been in one of the new Audis (I’ve never been in ANY Audi, I only drive Chevy), but certain cars make me carsick, while others do not.
Some of the newer cars have made me feel that way.Maybe it is the “smoothness” of the ride?
It is one of the reasons why, aside from aesthetics, that I like the old classics without power steering.
I can actually feel the car.
I’ve never been in an Audi but brand new cars of any type make me feel car sick, at least until the plasticky new-car smell goes away.
@Coloma I feel it more as the passeneger, but even driving the A8 I kind of had an odd feeling, I did not enjoy driving it at all, while my husband loves the car. I only was a passenger in the SUV, and again not so good, I tried changing the setting from sport to comfort, still odd. Driving the A7 was ok if I tightened the steering.
I don’t know about the Audi’s, but I almost lose it every time I ride in my parents’ Aerostar.
Not in a new Audi, but I get that way every time I drive a mid-sized American car that is designed to isolate you from the road to such an extent that winter driving is life-threateningly dangerous. If a tire slips, you need to know, but Ford and Buick won’t let you.
