Going to a nice, obscure, and moderately priced French cafe/bistro that’s not filled with tourists or Philistines with a significant other.

@Michael_Huntington I’ll be in Paris in about 3.5 months time :D

Eat in fancy restaurant near the large window with smooth jazz when it’s full moon. Let me to choose lots of expensive fancy gifts. Having afternoon bath together in a warm, flower-decorated, and aromatherapy-infused water (let the warm yellowish sunlight shine from above).

Would you like the secret when it comes to romance? Here it is my friend. It is all about knowing the person you want to romance. What one person’s idea of being romantic may not be the same as their partner’s. It is a matter of taking the time to find out what the magical action is.

Please understand that I am not suggesting that you ask this person to take a survey. It is just a matter of communication and taking it slowly in the beginning. When one love interest moves too quickly in the romance department or doesn’t read the signals, then it can cause the other to back off.

But to answer your question, the most romantic thing I can think of is two people who want to hold hands, no matter how long they have been in their relationship. It’s a great starting point.

@Pied_Pfeffer Sound advice, but just so everyone knows, I’m romancing my self more than anything else, I’m currently downloading buying some romance movies for me to watch, I’m just in the mood.

My fiancee and I at a favorite resort casita that has a deep soaking tub on it’s outside back patio. We have a couples massage then dress for a 5 star dinner before relaxing in front of the wood burning fireplace while sipping our cocktails, nibbling room service dessert and watching clouded skies break soft rain. There are candles lit, fresh fragrant flowers in both rooms and we aren’t tired.

Gracious! Thank you for the explanation, as well as your kind response. In order to make up for my mistake, may I offer one of my favorite romantic movies? The Big Blue offers romance and intrigue. If you watch it, please let me know. The meaning of the ending is debated, and I would like to hear your opinion.

Romance is really wanting to hold hands and the world preventing it.

That cold Christmas season night in San Francisco, at a small nightclub at Pier 39, listening to 30’s and 40’s Big Band music, sitting across from the woman who would soon be my wife. That was the night she got her hooks in my heart.

A log cabin in the dead of winter with a large roaring fire in stone fireplace. My hubby and me on a deep comfy couch cuddling, drinking wine and reading Crime and Punishment.

The very first kiss with a desirable woman you pursued for months and finally said yes to you.

I’ve always that thought Weddings are very romantic. There’s just something about two people expressing their love for on another and celebrating it with their close friends and family!

A lovely private room, a large comfy bed and lots and lots of candles glowing around the room. I can’t afford that many candles.

Just about anything can be romantic with the right person. I can think of lots of things that would seem kind of normal that would be romantic and special with the right person.
