Is it weird that I itch everywhere?
Occasionally, my whole body itches, at the most random moments. Like, my arm would itch at one second, then my ankle, the my ear. But in certain inervals. Right now, my ear is itching like crazy.
Is it like a nerve spazzing out in your skin that is making it itch, or is this a normal-ish thing? Is this a problem?

If you shower regularly, that’s kinda strange.
If you shower three times a day, it is probably you itch because your skin is dry. Why are you showering so much?
Dude stop showering so much. It drains away your natural oils that your body needs. I learned from my mistakes ;)
Nerves don’t spazz, there’s either normal or abnormal but no normal-ish, and like, skip the showers for a few days and see how you feel.
Random itchiness may be caused by dryness, various bug bites (black flies, no-see-ums, midges, etc.) at this time of year, food, vegetative or environmental allergies or a benign but itchy condition called dermatographia.
I agree with the posts above that this sounds like it could be related to dry skin. Showering three times a day is too much.
Showering drys the skin. After you get wet, while you are still damp, I recommend you use a sensitive skin lotion, or better yet extra virgin coconut oil all over. Your skin will most likely stop itching once it is properly hydrated again.
Now, why are you showering this much? Is this because you are playing sports?
Well, I shower a lot because of sports, and I have a small case of OCD. I have to feel clean all the time. Maybe I should tone down the showerss.
Nope, because it’s a minor case. Like, I wont freak out if my room is horrendous, or my hair’s messy or something. But, I do tend to have the need to always feel clean, and have things neat.
Mayo clinic says that itchy skin may be caused by hundreds of conditions. You start with the simplest and eliminate those that don’t apply to you.

“Dry skin
Itchy skin that isn’t accompanied by other obvious skin changes, such as a rash, is most often caused by dry skin (xerosis). Dry skin usually results from environmental factors that you can influence. These include hot or cold weather with low humidity levels, long-term use of air conditioning or central heating, and washing or bathing too much.”
Have you been bitten by the usual summer insects, who are out in full force and biting everyone (particularly those who use scented products on hair and skin)?
Aww man. My shampoo is scented. I have been bitten by the occasional mosquito, especially because I go hiking in the woods.
