What is the latest on the news you are following?

Just saw an article about over 1,400 millionaires that didn’t pay income taxes in 2009. I hope we see a follow up article on that for obvious reasons.

The latest development on my neighbor’s tomato garden is that he hasn’t figured out a way how to stop that pesky rabbit from stealing his tomatoes. I’m still wondering whether to tell him that the rabbit lives in our backyard.

The last thing I checked on the news was Bear attack in Norway because it is in the same area of Norway that my colleauge went on Honeymoon last year so she wanted to know the details.

The latest unemployment figures are out and there was modest improvement in the numbers! This is a good thing!

I do not watch tv all the time. I don’t really care about what happens around. I hear news from my friends and some I decide to follow after. The latest is : what someone [a friend] is telling others. [they are lies though I wanna see where she’ll stop]

I’m following my own little story over here. Waiting to find out Monday or Tuesday if the stray cat my daughter rescued will be deemed adoptable or given the axe at the local animal shelter. She was sweet to us, but the shelter people say she is not acting very social. If they decide she is not adoptable because she is a little shy, then I am going to push them to spay and vaccinate her and I will adopt her, see if she works out over here, or, find her a home myself.
