During the time I used to go to Synagogue, I called the Rabbi’s daughter a slut after a Saturday morning service. I was 13 or 14. Wasn’t a very good idea.

So Far… falling in love with a girl who was obviously a lesbian, still not completely over her… I’m a hopeless romantic.
@King_Pariah it’s hilarious in hindsight, but it was nerve-wracking at the time. It was an accident, and I still remember the cop checking the “other” box on my citation and writing ”...set mountain ablaze” in the proper field on my citation.
I can’t even begin to imagine. By the time you’re my age, it’s a long list of possibilities. First to come up with the six hundred or so dumbest things I’ve said and done, then to narrow it down to semifinalists and then pick finalists and finally isolate my all-time highest-rated dumb thing…I think I’d rather spend that amount of time mastering Sanksrit.
I think ‘dumb’ is making the same mistake over and over—if that’s the case, then my ‘dumb’ mistake would be trusting a new person way too soon. On the other hand, my trusting people has made me some great friends, so shrug I still do it…
When I was a kid my mum sent me to the nearby shops to see if they had any spare cardboard boxes, we were moving house at the time & needed some extra storage.
Anyway, in my haste, I rushed home & enthusiastically declared to my mother that indeed yes, “they had any amount!” I didn’t realise she wanted some bringing back, I guess I took her words quite literally.
