What is the best thing to eat before PT?
I have about 6½ hours till PT today. I ate some breakfast, took my daily vitamin and been drinking water for the morning.
But what should I eat before? I’m worried if I eat some too heavy it’ll make me tired or throw up at PT.
At the same time if I don’t eat anything I’ll probably have less energy right?
Any suggestions or ideas?

Eat a normal lunch about two to two and a half house before PT.
Depends on what the PT is. If it’s something that will make you throw up, don’t eat too much. I mean, you need to eat something, otherwise you won’t have any energy.
If the exercise is strenuous and you haven’t eaten anything, you will feel far too tired to do well. On the other hand, if you pig out right before, you won’t feel so good. I suggest you eat something a few hours before that is broken down slowly, like bread or meat. Eat a good lunch.
Make sure you eat plenty of carbohydrates. They supply energy for long term use. Also, maybe find some Vitamin B somewhere. It is good for the health of the heart/blood, and provides energy.
Would adding like a energy or protein bar to my lunch help?
Eat a protien bar or something in that nature. Organic food always helps me!
Maybe something light and protein-rich; a glass of milk, at the very least. Even if the PT isn’t “strenuous” by regular standards, it will stretch you in uncomfortable ways. You’ll need to rebuild as you heal.
Bananas are a great slow energy burner’ type of food.
I always try to get one down me before a big run.
If you didn’t eat anything at all until PT, you will still have plenty of energy to get through it. If you are hungry, you will still do well. A “POWERBAR” with 12 to 16 ounces of water 1–2 hours before PT would not likely hurt your performance.
