Anybody know anything about antique seltzer bottles and seltzer tablets?

So… I would like a seltzer bottle to add to my bar. However, given my interest in the arcane, I am considering looking for a vintage bottle that runs on tablets rather than a modern bottle that requires CO2 cartridges.

Anybody know anything about vintage seltzer bottles?

Can you still get seltzer tablets that will work with them, and if so, from where?

@YoBob Not sure if you want to go that way.
Most of the “old seltzer bottles” ARE GLASS and are prone to exploding. Nice to look at but a glass pressure vessel is dangerous.
Never heard of adding a tablet.
