What does it mean dreaming about your ex and the guy you love in the same dream?

I had a dream where me my ex and the guy I love are walking about together. I don’t remember this right, but I think we had an argument and both of the boys decide to go separate ways. Though trying to decide which one to go after, I run after the guy I love. What does it mean?
