Which Tomorrow's World presenter was shocked by an on air diagnosis from a new invention?

All I can recall is the presenters shocked expression when a live demonstration of a new diagnosis instrument is tested on her, and the results are positive. Hope I’m remembering this correctly.

I don’t remember that (I was a big TW fan) but I remember a Blue Peter presenter getting an ultrasound scan on there but she knew she was pregnant. The interweb says this was Tina Heath.

Can you remember any more details than that – male or female presenter? Type of test? What they found out was wrong?

I think it was a she, and I think it was something like diabetes… other than that, I’m blanking! Oh, and the test showed up positive, i.e. not good.
