Fall is coming, which means back to school and work for some. Are you going to be on here less because you'll be bogged down with schoolwork or working for the man?

Grad school starts for me after Labor Day. You won’t see me around much (for some, I’m sure that you’ll be happy). Anyhoo, who’s going to be Fluthering less now that the new school year (and back to work for teachers) is upon us.

If the last few weeks are any indication, I’ll be joining those of you going back to school in my absence from this site. My travel schedule for work includes the first two weeks of September, the fourth week of September, 1–2 weeks in October and at least 10 days in November. Combined with the hope for a holiday somewhere in there. So I’ll see ya’ll later. Good luck.
I guess that depends on if they run classes at the school. That’ll at least mean there will be big periods where I can’t be on the computer. Most of my Fluthering is at my other job (not my other other job), so I doubt it’ll change all that much.
I’m going to be a freshman, or a freshie as some of the seniors call us, so I definitely won’t be on as much. There’s going to be a lot more homework than last year, and I have to practice and play for marching band. That will take up a lot of time. My mom already gave me the “big responsibility” speech for it.
Actually, since I homeschool I’m on here more often during fall/winter. Once gardening season is over, I’ll just check in the AM and usually once again in the PM.
University doesn’t begin until late September for me (thank goodness for the quarter system.) I haven’t been on Fluther much as it is though.
Back to Uni for me in September too, but that doesn’t necessarily mean less fluthering. It’ll probably have the opposite effect.
Who knows. It’s been two years since graduate school and I’m going into a harder program. However, as it turns out (and this is the first time I’m sharing this with anyone on Fluther or Facebook), I will also be unemployed. So, it’ll balance out.
Probably. Being triple majoring really does suck the life out of you, so I’ll either be too busy or to tired to participate.
No, besides it’s month than a month until fall. Quit rushing us.
Nah…I do that year round…
Classes start the second week of September, but I have some meetings and stuff after Labour Day because I’ll be teaching in second semester! PhD all up in this house! I’m terrified!
@Jude My clumsy fingers. I meant more than a month . . .
Yup. Classes start next week. Probably for the best; I shouldn’t really spend as much time on here.
I may have more time with the kids in school. Unless they need homework help.
Sure, I fluther less when at school; this summer is a good example.
Now that said, I may not be going to school in the fall because some weird damn logistical error. I got dropped for ALL
of my classes, even though I paid on time and the bank records show they cashed in the check… the school’s records do not show this transaction. Great, school starts monday and I still need to get books, get back my classes that are now full, and get a motorcycle to get to said classes or, I’m getting my summer break in the fall. Rant rant rant.
Bad news folks, I’ll still be around!
I’ll start the annual deathly-dull teacher’s orientation soon then kids come back on Sept. 6. I’ll still be on Fluther, but not at 2 or 3 AM anymore :) I’m not going anywhere—Fluther keeps me sane.
well college for a premed student is quite hectic and as much as I want to continue with my current routine, I know very well I will be spending much less time on fluther and facebook :(
I’ll probably be on here more, procrastinating.
