And I mean the CD. Do you see the “CD 1” “CD 2” on each of them? I don’t.
Do you see anything unusual about the titles of the songs? For eg. Run Around according to the media player is song number 7.
According to the (tiny letters) on the CD it is:
Alone
Freedom
mountains win
breakfast
go->
low->
go->
run
hippie
imagine
What am I missing?
Added: here is the CD.

-Here is an example. I guess the CD is right and not the DJs on the radio who have been have introducing it as Run Around.
-I was referring to the separation of the words “go, “low”, go, and “hippie” and “imagine ” It makes look like different songs. 10 songs instead of 8.
@flo – The title of the song is actually “Run Around”, they just seem to be using shorthand here…the same way the title of the song is “Sweet Talking Hippie” but on the album they call it just “Hippie”, or “Go Outside and Drive” is referred to simply as “Go”.
It does seem like there is a disconnect between what they decided to print on the cd versus the actual songs that were split out by the sound mixer. Not sure why that would be, but at least they tried to indicate that there was an ongoing jam with the ”->”
-It is small cursive writing instead of print, it is not easy to make out.
-When people don’t see 1. ....2. that means people have to count, to tell people “Listen to song number….”
And is there a pattern about the -> thing between the two songs?
What is the thinking behind it? Shouldn’t they want everything to be as straight forward as possible?
@fireside If the songs name is Run the DJ’s shouldn’t be naming it anything else.
@fireside when people want to know the accurate name of a song, they go to the CD. The public may shorten or lengthen titles, get the wrong words in the lyrics when they sing it, different websites may make errors, but the CD should be the definitive source. And it is irresponsible of DJs not to introduce a song by its accurate name.
And why would the sound mixer be involved in this?
