Isolate bad hard drive sectors?

Alright, so I have a 500gb new SATA drive, that we can’t return, with windows 7 installed on it. There are 2 reoccurring bad sectors on the disk. I can do a hard drive test and repair them, but a day or two later the OS crashes and they are back. How can I isolate them so that the OS doesn’t freeze up and crash again? I want to save this hard drive.
