Epic Meal Time. Have you seen it, and what are your thoughts on it?

I thought the giant meatball they made looked pretty good.

I was introduced to Epic Meal Time through the singer in my band one night when she was visiting me while I house-sat for some very wealthy people. We spent most of the night drinking and watching their videos.

The part that really confounds me is how most of them manage to stay in such decent shape, despite what they eat. And yes, they do actually eat all of what they make.

Yes, I have seen some of their creations. Gah!

I’d only eat something made with candy and dessert items.

The one that stands out was the meat one where they built a pig or whatever out of lamb heads and ribs. Horrible!

It’s entertaining to watch and a little funny. I’m also a little surprised how quickly they changed once they started making money lol.

My cardiologist would kill me just for watching that!

@Fiddle_Playing_Creole_Bastard It’s actually kind of commendable. The fact that they can mac on some serious calories without being horrifically out of shape is amazing!

I hope they release a cookbook. I’ve always wanted to recreate something from their videos.

@Michael_Huntington Muscles Glasses is a personal trainer. I dunno about the other guys. I guess you could say that their videos are their cookbook, minus the cooking times and other small details.

I prefer Regular Ordinary Swedish Meal Time which spoofs the general concept of Epic Meal Time.

My arteries are clogging just thinking about it.
