Sadness, fear, pain, stress, resentment…whatever it may be.
If you’re holding onto something that you no longer need, would you like to deposit it in the fluther-bank?
Enjoy letting go!

About 50 pounds, give or take…
Feelings for someone who never cared enough to meet me in person….. To be honest I don’t think he ever gave a shit one way or the other about me, if he did he wouldn’t have stood me up and may have actually said sorry for it instead of giving an excuse….
I’d like to let go of some sadness (family issues). I know tomorrow will be a better day. I insist.
Nope, I am very at peace with decisions I have made within my relationships.
The dead, the living, the here, the gone…haha
The trick is to know that when you argue with reality you suffer, and that is why clinging to any past emotional state/ regret/situation is an exercise in futility and insane to boot. lol
@Coloma I try so hard to just let go of it but when it makes no sense its hard to… wish I could just forget
@AmWiser I say that all the time when dealing with stuff and in time each day does slowly get better.
I hold onto the hopes.
The confettied specs of microscopic
DNA strands of what we could only call
Love.
If the hope was yourself,
I’d chase your shadow.
Maybe I’d find somewhere
with light.
Yes. I reached for the lotion, but got the super glue instead.
Fear, paranoia, and a lack of confidence in myself.
This poem seems to fit for this question:
The birds are molting.
If only man could molt also
– his mind once a year its errors ,
his heart once a year its useless passions.
~James Allen
Yeah. As much as I love this place though, it isn’t what’s gonna help me lol.
I could do with letting go of some good old fashioned anger.
