On Picasa, can I move an entire album from one username to another easily?

I have several albums on Picasa under one Google account and wish to copy these albums to another Google account. Is there any easy way to do this?
I need to give the public access to some of these accounts but I don’t want to make certain albums public or private. I want to use an account that is entire public.

Depending on exactly what you’re trying to do, you can also look into Google+‘s data liberation feature. It allows you to export all of your picasa web photo albums to a zip file. Then you could re-upload what you want to the new account.
