NSFW: How often do you defecate?

That does seem like too long between poops (lol). I feel strange discussing my bowels, though, but it isn’t every 4 days.

4 days?! If I miss a day then that means I’m doped beyond belief.

Jeez, twice a day, at least. When I’m eating right, it’s after every meal. If I didn’t crap for 4 days, I think I would explode.

I usually go at least twice a day. I have a diet fairly high in fiber and keep hydrated.

Once every four day is not normal. That doctor is full of crap.

The Mayo Clinic says most normal people have at least 3 per week.

I have it like 2 times a day if I am eating right, but sometimes 2 times can become 4 times when I eat too much chocolate or some other spicy crap that is not sweet. I crap usually about 1 time and I thought that was normal. Wow, some people( @Blackberry ) really do have issues that involve not taking a crap for 4 days. I mean do you use some kind of pills to stop you’re crap from coming out or trying to get the crap in?(wait that question didn’t make sense). you must really have constipation. You should answer my question just above yours.

Four days..the fuck?! I go at least once or twice a day…

My sister has major issues with her digestive system, and it wouldn’t be unusual for her to go 4 days without a bm. But, having said that, she is usually miserable and sick by the time it gets that bad. I don’t see how that could be normal for any healthy person.

That Doctor is seriously out of touch with good health.

He needs a consultation with Dr. Oz who has all the definitive info. on both frequency and shape. Ideally, as close to an “S” shape, or Question mark as possible.

I’m not buying that. There is no way the average is once every four days. For me it’s generally once a day if everything’s running well :)

I maybe go twice a week and that’s pushing it. I’d say on average, I get 1½ poops a week. Every four days seems like a pretty good number for me, personally.

And for the record, I eat pretty decently. During the two weeks I’m offshore, it’s three square meals a day. When I’m home and much, much less active, it’s one decent meal and maybe a small meal or a snack or two on top of that.

My girlfriend poops multiple times a day. She’s pretty self-conscious about it so it’s fun, yet mean, to pick on her like I do.

Anyway, due to surgery yada yada I go about 5 times a day.

At least once a day….. When I had weight loss surgery it dropped to once in a week right after the surgery because of the pain meds and being on a blended diet. Once eating real food I went back to the at least once a day especially when I was doing alot of excercising I would go alot more than that.

No way near as often as I fart, which is a good thing. I keep a roll of TP on my work trucks dashboard so it’s handy. Also for cleaning my nose.

I have a digestive disorder that makes me prone to constipation, and I go once or twice a day. Granted, I pay special attention to it, and I drink a lot of coffee. But really, 4 days? No wonder so many people are so fucking grumpy all the time.

I almost wonder if you misheard the doctor? No way a medical professional would claim once every 4 days is the norm. It’s simply not the case. What an idiot he is.

Once a day. Sometimes twice a day. Stress makes me go more often, so I usually poop more than once a day during the workweek, but once a day or less during weekends.
