Where do they get off making guarantees? Can you sue them if you don’t win your case, because they GUARANTEED you you’d win?

They most likely have an insurance company pick up the bill when they lose, as long as they win often enough an insurance company could afford it. Just a guess though.
Because they know how to play the settlement game.
Both the lawyers and the lawyers of the company you are settling with know that if the case goes to court, win or loose it will cost a boatload to defend. They also know that the lawyers you are hiring are experts at working the system to drag things out to make that defense as costly as possible. So… both sides know that it is in everyones best interest to settle out of court.
While it may be true both parties wanna settle outside court what do you do when you don’t wanna settle and you just got the promise you’ll win?
Not to mention I don’t see any winnings in settling outside court. Or people just sue each other for money nowdays?
Sometimes at the very end of the spot there will be the fine print declaring the realities of trial results. I don’t think a lawyer is going to really guarantee a win. They are usually highly confident pompous asses but they can’t possibly assure a win before looking at the case .
Because they only take the cases they know they can win. The guarantee does not apply if they do not take your case
It’s basically hype. Do you honestly think you’d stand a chance of successfully suing a lawyer if you don’t win.
Somewhere that fine print is in any signed papers so what they say in an ad is irrelevant. They just want to get you into their office before you walk into someone else’s.
Besides, chasing ambulance is a waste of gas, time and money :)
Nothing is guaranteed in this life except death and taxes.
They only take on cases they know they can win, then they charge you even more money.
These participating attorneys know which cases to accept and which to deny.
They are looking out for themselves first and you second.
I would not trust any attorney in this arrangement.
You don’t get something for nothing.
