Is there a patron saint of animals and pets, or is there a special prayer for pets?

I was thinking I had come across either the name of the patron saint of pets or a special prayer for them, but I can’t recall the words. Does anyone remember such a being. There’s a special reason for this today and I wanted to send condolences to a friend.
