What is a good desktop application on Mac for file sharing other than DropBox?

Other than DropBox, do we have other solution for file sharing?
Desktop application on Mac is preferable.
Especially I have trouble to send big files to my family. So easy and simple operation is necessary.

A friend said he uses a site called Ge.tt very successfully. It is not a desktop application but you could go look at it; it is free.

Thanks for the info. Ge.tt looks good!
I also found KickSend (http://kicksend.com/). They have cool Mac/Windows desktop app which I am heavily using recently.
