Cool things to do in Chicago?

I have never really been before. Other than eating pizza, what should I do? I’ll probably have access to a bike. I don’t necessarily care for touristy stuff, and I tend to get bored in museums if I stay too long. If you have ever lived in Chicago, what are the interesting things I should do while I’m there? I’ll be there for work but will have 2 extra days for free time. What are some cool bike rides to do? Shorter rides, 10–20 miles….
