Does anyone know of a easier to access 300 workout or the Bodyweight 500?

Ok so the thing is I want to get in better shape using a workout routine similar to either of these routines. Only problem is my home gym is definitly not equipped with the right equipment and to be honest I’m not even sure what all equipment is necessary for these workouts. I am moderately fit and I stay active but I don’t really work out. I don’t know what a lot of the names of the exercises really are. I would appreciate some explanations and accesable, alterior, methods to keep me from going to an actual gym.

If you don’t want to go the gym, but want to get into great shape, try Russian Kettlebells training. Iron Core has some great videos on doing these exercises. You can purchase your Kettlebells from Gofit .

One of the exercises of the 300 workout involved 1 arm clean and press with a 36 lb kettlebell. If you decide to buy a kettlebell, be aware that they feel a lot heavier, because the way the weight is distributed by its handle. So you might want to start out on a lower weight.
