Any ideas for a Kindergarten Halloween party with a duck theme?

Crazy, right? Well, I have to make it work for 24 5/6 year olds for one hour. What on Earth am I going to do??
There are 3 KG classes. One class is the ducks, one is the frogs and the other is the pirates. We were supposed to agree on a theme for the grade and, of course, Pirate Mom wanted to do pirates, but that it isn’t fair to the duck and frog classes. (Hey! Mr. Dean’s class is the pirates. We’re the ducks, not the pirates!) The idea of doing room-themed parties was tossed around, but what the hell do you do for frogs or ducks?
We decided on spiders. Yay. Oh, wait. Pirate Mom decides last minute that it will be pirates for her room so Frog Mom and I are kind of stuck. At least Frog Mom can work with a swamp theme or something.
I need crafts, games and most of all a way to tie all of this in to Halloween. HELP!!!

Daffy duck would have a field day with the pirates.
How about picking different ducks for each kid throwing them into a hat and have the kids pick from the hat and do an interpretation of what they think that duck acts or sounds like. They could also draw what they think that duck would look like.
Rubber duck races? Perhaps the kids could decorate their own rubber ducks in racing colours and could wear their duck’s colours too? Sort of like race horses but with rubber ducks?
Every 10 minutes, for 2 minutes, everybody communicates by merely quacking and gesturing with their butts. Lol.
Duckwalk racing. Everyone has to assume the position for the race.
Limbo. Isn’t that obvious? Duck!
Ugly duckling contest. You’d have to finesse this somehow so it doesn’t become cruel, and some kid ends up thinking s/he’s ugly.
Cheese and quackers for snacks.
There’s no reason you couldn’t party with the frogs, in fact. Ducks like swamps.
Dang these are some great ideas! This is why I lurve this place.
@Supacase, please, let us know what you decide. I think you have gotten some great ideas to put together a really fun and memorable party for the children. Have fun!!
