I have assessments starting from Monday. My Flu is getting in the way and I’m fairly down. How can I help myself to keep up my energy level in order to get some studying done?
I am taking prescribed medication. Give me something that can boost up my energy.

Take a serious nap. I’d take a flu symptom med, drink a glass of water, then hit the pillow.
Get up. Take a nice warm bath. Put on something cozy. Then hit my notes/books.
Get well quickly @Ayesha :)
It’s probably not possible, I am sorry to say. Take lots of fluids and naps; study in between and whenever you have a short burst of time where you can concentrate.
Can you get an extension on your assessments (is that the same as oral exams or an evaluation and is based on what?)
They’re written assessments. I have Physics on Monday. Then Biology and Chemistry with a 2–3 day gap in between. Extensions aren’t possible!
Stay hydrated as much as possible. Chicken soup helps me out, as does hot tea. Good luck!
I like the warm bath idea too.
I wonder if it isn’t counter to the body trying to recover its equilibrium to keep a business as usual stance. Cat naps help lots. All the best with making it all come together.
