Has anyone used IS Clinical Active Serum? What was your experience with it?
I’ve read a lot of reviews about how amazing IS clinical active serum is for skin. I’ve had lots of issues with my skin that various dermatologists have been able to help, but not get 100% or even close. I’m looking for a product that will at least maintain what the dermatologists have accomplished, and possibly make it better. What is your experience with IS? Is it worth the (very large) amount of money? Does it work?

I refuse to buy 1oz of water for $128
Here are the ingredients:
Water/Aqua/Eau, Glycerin, Glyceryl Polyacrylate, Butylene Glycol, SD Alcohol 30, Saccharum Officinarum (Sugar Cane) Extract, Vaccinium Myrtillus (Bilberry) Extract, Triethanolamine, Arbutin, Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract, Polyporus Umbellatus (Mushroom) Extract, Menthol, Phenoxyethanol.
The main ingredient is water. Glycerin is purchased for pennies an ounce at the drug store (heck, I practically have a vat of it and got it for a few bucks) Same goes for the alcohol. Actually the most useful ingredient I see there is the sugar. You can do sugar scrubs at home. Here are 5 free recipes for good sugar scrubs.
For a lot less, you could get very similar results from proper eating, exercise, SPF, and giving yourself facials. I do buy glycolic acid to give myself an at home peel…along with some others. Overall, serums are a waste of funds.

@brad99 I can buy all of those ingredients in pure form for much less than $128. Read my links and you will see.
Just don’t use scorching hot water in the bath/shower and lotion normally, scent free ones, or aloe vera (the actual plant) for application. These are great ways to maintain the fixtures.
