Has anyone used IS Clinical Active Serum? What was your experience with it?

I’ve read a lot of reviews about how amazing IS clinical active serum is for skin. I’ve had lots of issues with my skin that various dermatologists have been able to help, but not get 100% or even close. I’m looking for a product that will at least maintain what the dermatologists have accomplished, and possibly make it better. What is your experience with IS? Is it worth the (very large) amount of money? Does it work?
