The first recorded king is King Narmer (c. 3150 BC) of Egypt. There were probably kings before that (the artwork depicting Narmer, for example, is more sophisticated than you would think it would be for a the first king), we just don’t have any records.

…and if there aren’t records, it’s not usually considered history, but pre-history. ;)

Unfortunately, all of human history isn’t recorded for us to know the answer to your question, since it was probably some tribal chief in the cave man days.
