Where is the best place to buy great wine in Seattle?

There's a great little wine shop on 15th in Capitol Hill--West side of the street.

I've had good experiences at the Pike & Western Wine Shop, located... at Pike & Western, downtown, just west of 1st Ave. I don't know much about wine, and they're generally very helpful and knowledgeable.

Pete's of Seattle is supposed to have very good prices, according to King5's "Best of Western Washington 2006." Their second and third-place shops were Trader Joe's and Costco. :) http://www.king5.com/boww/2006/content.jsp?content=productsandservices&oas;=services
