I want a new phone, either a Blackberry Bold 9900 or a iPhone 4s when it comes out where I live, which one should I get?

I am surprised you are not considering any Android phones. They have more available t, han the Blackberry, and are no harder to use than the iPhone. Personally, I love my Droid X (which has since been replaced by the X2), but that is a Verizon-only phone. Then again, Verizon has a great network; probably the best of all the cell carriers.

I have to agree with jerv here; I’ve had my HTC Desire for about a year now and I love it. It’s pretty much the same as an iPhone in the way that it works and what it can do; it just looks a little different =]

If you’re quite heavily invested in Apple products already it might be better to go for an iPhone (you’d know everything would be compatible!), but otherwise I’d heartily recommend getting and Android phone.

Also, living in the UK I have no experience with Verizon, but Orange do some pretty good deals and (I think) have the largest coverage area too.
