How do you read Fluther, top to bottom or bottom to top?

Asked by poisonedantidote (21680points) October 18th, 2011

When you log in to Fluther, and you go to the questions section, in what order do you go over the questions?

Do you start at the top and work your way down, or start at the bottom with the old ones and work your way up? or perhaps you dart about.

I’m a bottom to top then dart about kind of guy.

Top to bottom. I’ll either leave the question, so I can come back to it later, or I’ll “remove” the question if it doesn’t interest me.

I just scan them and read whatever catches my eye. So, I guess I start at the top, but I don’t necessarily read them in any particular order. I always go to my messages first, then activity, then questions for you… then to the main site categories.

Bottom to top apart from the Meta section, which I read top to bottom, for some reason.

I read Questions For You First (unless I have any new messages, in which case, I read them first) then Activity, then General, then Social, then Meta and finally I have a quick scan of the recent questions from the jellies I am following to make sure I haven’t missed anything!

Bottom to top, so I can read them in chronological order.

Top to bottom, and stop where I meet the questions I looked at yesterday.

Ha, me too. I always feel a slight sense of disappointment when I reach that point.

I skip around randomly all over the place. That’s probably why I miss so many great questions, but once I get involved in a few active threads, new activity and PMs are enough to keep me busy.
