Fine jewelry stores in Seattle area?

My dad is looking to buy my mom a pendant for their upcoming 30th anniversary. Looking to spend a lot of money. Any suggestions on places in Seattle? She likes statement type jewelry. Nothing dainty looking. Most stones.
