Just for fun. No politics, no religion, no gun control…. unless it is funny.

In the spirit of striking against the perpetual, unending laundry pile, I would like to occupy my bed for two more hours. ;)
In the spirit of spirits, I’d like to occupy the liquor store ;-)
In the spirit of an empty stomach, I’d like to occupy a diner.
I’m about to occupy a science lab. Can’t someone slow down the earth’s rotation? 24 hours is just not enough time.
I’d like to occupy a warm tropical climate. Cold snap set in yesterday, I was miserable last night.
Following your lead, @janbb, I’m going to have to Occupy Lunch (or have it occupy me, one) in about 40 minutes.
In the spirit of keeping the spark alive, I would like to occupy my wife’s vagina.
Too much?
Any magical, healing, soothing waters would sure be nice. I might occupy until I displaced a few gallons splish splashing.
As for me, I would like to occupy the head offices of the “occupy” crowd.
It is early and I am not a morning person, so I would like to occupy (or re-occupy) my bed.
@Allie I was going to same the same thing – my bed . . . . but in the spirit of solidarity, can I occupy with you?
Victoria’s Secret stores for not having transparent dress rooms. : )
The 405 fuckin’ freeway. The portion where it goes up the hill and then down into the valley. It took me longer than and 1.5 hours to go about 12 miles. HATE! HATE! the 405.
Well, that’s pretty specific, @tinyfaery. I have a more generalized loathing for nearly all of metro Southern California. I was very happy to be able to de-occupy it.
I love my city. I just wish most people would move.
@tinyfaery maybe most of the people love your city as you do and also wish you to move Oh, this is what to Occupy theme, you’re already there . . .
@tinyfaery
Wasn’t occupying Sepulveda Blvd. a viable option at the time?
I haven’t eaten in 7 hours, watched coworkers nom-nom-nomming on refreshments while I gave a workshop and couldn’t eat, so I’d like to occupy the best-service seat at a top-notch del-i-ci-ous restaurant right NOW! (and not have to pay, heh!)
@Brian Sepulveda was backed up all the way to Ventura.
@ninyjobs I was born here. Most people who live here can’t say that.
I would like to Occupy Natalie Portman.
@tinyfaery you haven’t been away? ...you also got to understand that your hometown was built by people who weren’t born there.
Of course I went away. But I came back. And you can Keep your xenophobia to yourself. I’m 3rd generation Chicana. My people built this place and they still do.
Here’s another vote for occupying my bed…or perhaps Allie’s bed :-p
@tinyfaery why would you assume that my statement was xenophobia-inspired? . . . In actuallity I’m thinking along the lines of the California Gold Rush, the original Forty Niners, were Americans and Europeans living in Northern California, along with Native Americans and some Californios… Not too long thereafter, tens of thousands each of Mexicans, Chinese, Britons, Australians, French, and Latin Americans, together with many smaller groups of miners, such as Filipinos, Basques and Turks arrived to stake their claims.
Ooh! Flame war starting already…
@njnyjobs Yup. Or, that you assumed @tinyfaery meant she wanted to get rid of all the foreigners in LA, or at least certain groups.
@Allie ..3’s company, more’s a party!
@JLeslie @tinyfaery… read my posts and tell me where I wrote anything that refers to nationality (foreign or local) that led to your assumptions, other than the post with the citation
...you should consider occupying Allie’s bed to lighten-up.
@njnyjobs I said assume. Assumptions are wrong all the time. And, I think @tinyfaery just meant it’s overpopulated, not sure, I am inferring from her words, so I could easily be wrong again. You are still dividing up the population into nationalities, etc. Not that it matters to me, I put people into groups and generalize all over fluther, but @tinyfaery usually doesn’t like that sort of thing at all. But, I can’t speak for her of course, it’s just an observation.
In the spirit of protesting that I am left out, I am now joining the crowd in Allies bed. ;)
[mod says:] Also, please end the back and forth disputing and move on. Thanks.
I want in on Allie’s bed, too.
allie’s bed! Allie’s bed, ALLIE’S BED !
I’d like to occupy a few more weekend days, and not have to return to work in the morning!
