Will you help me choose shoes for my Halloween costume?

Sneakers! High heels are ridiculous.

I like the Pink sparkely or Fuschia sneakers!
More comfy, easy to party in, and adds a silly twist to sexy clown girl!
Darling costume..I’d go for a cute little clown nose too and a boa!

My son, the shoe and costume enthusiast, came over to assist you.

He said “The heels look better”.

“The yellow pointy heels are the best for this costume.”

He wants to know what color wig you’ll be choosing.

@Coloma I was leaning towards that as well, but @SpatzieLover picked up on my original idea. And I’ll have a pink, curly wig in a high ponytail with a big yellow bow!

He says, “I really love the wig & the shoes will go great!”.

he’s too embarrassed to say it to you…even though I’m typing it…He thinks you’ll ROCK that costume! ;)

My only concern with the heels is Will they fit? I’ve already bought some heels and they were way too narrow. I don’t think I’ll have to worry about that with sneakers. Hmm…

I would choose sneakers, just so that it makes the whole outfit a little less uh…skanky. Sorry to put it so bluntly. I’m a girl though, so I can say that. :D

Sneakers. Who wants to party uncomfortably?

@syz The party will be at my friend’s home, so I’m sure I could just kick off the heels if need be. I’d buy a pair of each if I wasn’t broke!

Why not just bring both!
Wear the heels for awhile, and if it’s an alcohol party scene, switch to the sneakers after you’re half lit. LOL

You wouldn’t want any nasty clown falls trying to look sexy and wobbling around or dancing in heels.

@Coloma I just looked at the prices of the sneakers. It’s a bit much for one-time use! $18.00 heels seems much more doable.. I hope they fit!

I’d go with either pink sneaker. It’s easier to jump around and be silly. But I’m a jump around and be silly person. If you’re not, go with the heels. Either will look great. Have fun.

I suggest getting what you’re most likely to want to wear after Halloween.
I love the glittery heels but I also like the pink sequined sneakers.

@martianspringtime I wouldn’t wear any of these after Halloween. I like earth tones, but it’d be nice to have shoes that I’d wear more than once.

Do you have a worn out pair of heels or tennis shoes you could Glitter?

My son & I watched the show she did the shoes on…It’s quick, easy and costs about $8 a pair to do. You get to choose the glitter color & you’d already know the shoes fit.

For supplies, you’d only need glitter, mod podge & a paint brush if you did the shoes all one color of glitter

(I’ve already made the purchase, by the way)
@SpatzieLover I don’t think I own anything that’s worn out; I tend to give away everything I don’t want/like to charity when the seasons change. Having some old shoes to glitterify would’ve saved me some trouble though.
