Why do eggs over easy give me headaches?

This guy says that foods don’t trigger migraines. One of the foods sometimes mentioned is egg yolk. If these are awful headaches, they may well be migraines. They might be triggered by smells, or perhaps certain sights. I don’t know. But if you really want to know, you should go see your doctor.
