Who are some real life James Bond villains?

Steve Jobs had a pretty solid resume going until he died. He was a multibillionaire in charge of a gigantic multi-national corporation that is capable of knowing where you are at almost any moment. He even commissioned the building of a new Apple headquarters building that looks like a grounded space ship (why not just clear our a volcano?). Throw in the guys cut throat mentality and even the cancer fighting story… and you have a perfect bond villain.

Some currently living suggestions; Rupert Murdoch (who the guy in Tomorrow Never Dies may or may not be based on), Kim Jong Il, Putin, that guy that owns Virgin Records and always does crazy stuff.. etc, etc
