Does anyone else feel that Time Warner cable is inept?

I just spent 50 minutes on the phone with them and they still couldn’t figure out how to add the sports package to my account. How can tech support not know how to add a digital package to existing service? I wish this was the only issue I had with them! Have you had problems with Time Warner Cable too??
