Can you help me find this weird music video?

Okay, so, I remember a lot of details about it, but I can’t find it to save my life for some reason. I saw this recently in Buenos Aires, but I also saw it once back in the US.

Basically, you see this couple running on the beach and it looks nice, it’s relaxing and nothing seems to be wrong. Then the camera zooms in and the couple is running really quickly away from something, and they look horrified. You begin to see shots hitting the sand (and the people, very graphic) and then there’s an explosion that kicks all of the sand up, and when the dust fades you see that the woman is dead and the man is kneeling on the sand crying.

Here’s the kicker: then you see a guy in a dolphin costume with a gun pointing it straight at the man’s head. The camera spins around them three or four times and then it goes black and a shot goes off. Then the screen reads something like “1000 dolphins are killed in fishing nets every year. What would happen if they fought back?”
