Does anyone have any great recipes for Brownies or Chocolate Cheesecake? I prefer organic ingredients.

I am trying to find something you have tried and liked. That does require Chef skills. LOL

I have a pretty fab cheesecake recipe that can easily be altered to be chocolate but I don’t see why it would want to be chocolate because its so amazing.
