What games are you looking forward to?

Having just completed Batman: Arkham City’s main campaign the other day, I am already anticipating what my next purchase will be. While Arkham’s side missions will probably keep me busy for weeks, I’ve decided to either spend my money on the newest installment in the Uncharted franchise, which is already out, or hold out a bit longer for Skyrim this coming weekend. Either way, I’m psyched for both. Whatever I don’t get soon, I will probably ask for as a Christmas gift. Although, I gotta say, I played Uncharted 3’s opening chapters earlier today and fell in love all over again..
But how about you? What game are you most looking forward to and why? It’s been a pretty solid year for games so far, and it looks like there’re still a couple surprises waiting in the wings.

Silent Hill Downpour. Really wanting to play this.
I envy your time and committment. I read. I am looking forward to a new Trivial Pursuit – does that count?
Uncharted ! Got it, you should too :)
Waiting for Assassins creed to come out too. It’s November and this month reminds me for some reason of the beautiful game Heavy Rain, for everyone who didn’t play it you REALLY should….
@Symbeline I didn’t even know they were making a new Silent Hill!
@zensky Thanks, buddy! Of course Trivial Pursuit counts! I haven’t played in ages. Last time I played was at my friends house, with a horrifically dated edition. Which, in my opinion, made it more fun.
@Tbag I dug what I played of UC3 earlier, I just might have to get it, haha. I would look into Heavy Rain, but someone spoiled the identity of the killer for me..
If I were to take up video games again (I’m old, they probably have a newfangled term for them) I would def. get me some Batman – love the films.
@Joker94 Ah, who?! That spoiler-punk ! You can still end up with many different endings though so don’t worry about that. I’m sure you can bank that aside but damn he/she shouldn’t have done that.
Come on @zensky, you can’t be that old ! Go get you a console and start rockin’. My grandpa started playing too and now he’s a bit addicted. .
@zensky The new Batman game was ridiculously awesome. Good story, good voice acting, and it felt like the real Batman experience.
@Tbag I might give it another look, I heard there was a special edition coming out!
@Joker94 Been in the works for a bit. :)
@Symbeline Schwing :) On a semi-related note, did you play Dead Space?
I’m not much of a gamer but I was looking forward to Plants vs. Zombies 2, but this little article, Plants Vs Zombies 2 Guaranteed To Ship In Next Decade, Not In 2010 is not exactly encouraging. In April 2010, Popcap’s co-founder promised the game would ship “in the next one to 10 years.” LOL. That’s really helpful guys. Thanks.
@Joker94 It is pretty funny. Hopefully they feel comfortable joking because it will be sooner rather than later. And, maybe they’re taking some time so that Popcap’s legal department can make sure all their i’s are dotted and their t’s are crossed. They got into a little trouble that Michael Jackson zombie they had. That must have cost them something. If nothing else, it must have cost them to reprogram the game.
Skyrim and Assassin’s Creed Revelations! :DDD Ahhh!
I’m so glad that this doesn’t interest me, that I stay busy with other things, and that my money goes for something else.
MW3 out tomorrow, accept no substitute.
Let the pwnage continue…...
@ucme MW3 is already out here, I don’t know why but I kinda don’t feel like it. I know ill buy it but not yet.
@Tbag One reason i’ll be buying is that people will be leaving Black Ops in their droves to play MW3/Battlefield 3, certainly online anyway.
In the playground that is Xbox live, it’s best to go where the action is.
Saints Row The Third
Diablo 3
@Joker94 Yeah, Dead Space one and two are awesome. Damn scary and unnerving.
