App for iPhone that lets you save local copies of YouTube/etc. video (on a non-jailbroken phone)?

Googling is giving me apps for jailbroken phones, or processes that require you to save the video onto a computer first and then transfer it to the phone.

Are there any apps that let you save directly to the phone (using only the phone)?
