Why are my upper abs bigger than my lower?

You can see I have some belly fat but like 2 months ago I used to exercise a lot and although I was skinny, my upper abs still looked like that.
I am a 14 year old girl, weigh 110 lbs 5’4–5’5 -I’m not sure.
