If you had three wishes, what would they be?

To know I would be financially secure to the end of my life.

To have a loving, intimate partnership.

To not die a long, painful death.

(Very selfish wishes at the moment.)

I can’t tell you that. If you tell anyone what you wish for then your wishes won’t come true.

I don’t really wish things for myself. I’m happy to work for what I want.

I do with that we could eliminate poverty and hunger in the world.

I wish that people would be kinder to each other.

I also wish that people would have more opportunities to incorporate creative pursuits in their lives.

I wish my family could be more happy.
I wish I could see my Grandfather again.
I wish I could wake up and get through the day without a breakdown.

To know my kids will be happy and live long lives. To know that I will be with my love for many many decades, happily. To know that I will die in peace together with him.

To fall in love with a wonderful person and live happily together, for my family to stay healthy, and to be able to be financially stable enough to go do some work in the poorer parts of Africa.

I wish the US deficit would just disappear.
I wish all child abusers and killers would wake up in Mars one morning.
I wish I could fly.

I have so many wishes that I’d piss a genie off, not being able to make up my mind.

Well it’s true, LOL! I could list 10 easy right now. And probably 10 more if I thought about it.

Hmm..at the moment, I wish I’d made different choices this weekend.

For my three wishes, I would probably do these:
1) Infinity wishes
2) World peace (so complicated that it most likely counts as many wishes, so that is the reason for my first wish)
3) Hard choice, but maybe for the human race to be extremely powerful and to progress far in technology (it only works out well after wish #2)

Since there is the saying that if you tell someone your wish the wish will not come true, I think I’ll make a different list of wishes since I’m telling a lot of people…

Wish #1:
I wish the sun would would engulf the earth with it’s unbearable heat.

Wish #2:
I wish people in general would become very stupid (if they haven’t already reached the maximum stupidity.)

Wish #3:
I wish my ex would talk to me.

*This path would be corrected by the later (omniscient, omnipotent) me, which would result in events leading up to my omnipotence and omniscience being different. Thus a chain of me’s would be created and would all become omnipotent and omniscient which I believe would end when our collective complexity becomes sufficient for a supergod event **

I did, more genies, then whatever I wanted on the way I could just have.

Wow, this makes my wishes seem really selfish and short-sighted… They were only things for myself for the next 1 or 2 years…

I just wish I was hulk or something like that :( sigh

@Hypocrisy_Central – Nah. If I was that wealthy, I’d be famous. I don’t want to be famous because that would interfere in my lifestyle. I just want to live really well without having to work for a living so I can spend all my free time writing and traveling. Like live in a walled compound near the beach in some tropical country with my sex slaves :-p
