I recently noticed a pattern: whenever it rains overnight my car acts funny the next day. Can you identify the problem?

The symptoms are: difficulty to start, stalling, stopping dead.

Edit: should I go to a auto repair shop like Firestone or tune-up shop like Jiffy Lube?
