Is there a web app to manage candidate profiles for my online business?

I have a small sized online business which requires that I keep profiles of potential candidates and then match them to nob requests as they come in. Is there a web app that I can use so candidates can manage their own accounts and that will handle my database and emailing so that I don’t have to learn all about SQL, PHP and things like that?

Recently I discovered “Campagn Monitor” which I love and that now takes care of my emailing needs – basically i looking for something as awesome as that, but for my data management…thoughts? Thanks :)
